PT Starcam Apparel Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri pembuatan produk pakaian jadi (garment). Dalam menjalankan proses bisnis perusahaan ini terkadang mengalami masalah pada proses pengadaan raw material yaitu terdapat rejectnya material fabric dan accessories dari supplier sehingga akan menghambat proses produksi dikarenakan perlu melakukan pelaporan dan menunggu replacement material yang dikirim pemasok, terkadang terjadi keterlambatan dalam pengecekan kembali quantity order pada material yang datang sehingga apabila tidak sesuai jumlahnya menyebabkan pemesanan ulang material kekurangannya. Selain itu, belum adanya indikator penilaian konerja rantai pasok objektif yang menjadi tolak ukur evaluasi kinerja rantai pasok. Metode SCOR dapat untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkanb5 proses inti yang dijabarkan dalam atribut dan metrik kinerja melalui pendekatan proses bisnis Departemen PPIC. Kemudian dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) untuk tiap levelnya. Metode ini mampu menghubungkan keterkaitan antar kriteria atau alternatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan AHP, didapatkan total nilai akhir skor Supply Chain dari Departemen PPIC sebesar 63.628 yang termasuk kategori Average.

Abstract

PT Starcam Apparel Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of garment products. In carrying out business processes, this company sometimes experiences problems in the raw material procurement process, namely there are rejections of fabric materials and accessories from suppliers which will hamper the production process due to the need to report and wait for replacement materials sent by suppliers, sometimes there is a delay in re-checking the order quantity on the material. which comes so that if it does not match the amount it causes a reorder of the shortage of material. In addition, there is no objective supply chain performance assessment indicator as a benchmark for evaluating supply chain performance. The SCOR method can be used to measure a company's supply chain performance. The measurement is carried out based on the 5 core processes described in the attributes and performance metrics through the PPIC Department's business process approach. Then the weighting is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for each level. This method can connect the interrelationships between criteria or alternatives. Based on the results of AHP processing, the total final score of the Supply Chain score from the PPIC Department is 63,628 which is included in the Average category.
