Analisis Postur Kerja pada Divisi Produksi Kritis menggunakan Metode Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS) (Studi Kasus: CV. SABAR BERSAUDARA)

CV. SABAR BERSAUDARA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang bahan konstruksi, pakan ternak, dan pupuk organik. Sebagian besar kegiatan proses produksi masih bersifat manual, sehingga berindikasi munculnya keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Dari kuesioner Nordic Body Map didapatkan keluhan pada leher 50%, lengan atas kanan 50%, pinggang 75%, pinggul 58%, lengan bawah kanan 42%, tangan kiri dan kanan 42%, betis kiri 42%, dan pergelangan kaki kiri 42%. Metode Nordic Body Map diterapkan untuk menentukan divisi produksi kritis dan Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS) digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan analisis sikap kerja sehingga dapat diperoleh kategori tingkat risiko kerja dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang lebih baik. Hasil penilaian postur kerja di divisi produksi kritis dengan metode OWAS untuk kegiatan pencampuran bahan menunjukkan terdapat 4 aktivitas untuk skor 3, sedangkan kegiatan produksi (pencetakan) oleh pekerja 1 terdapat 4 aktivitas untuk skor 1; tidak ada aktivitas untuk skor 2; 6 aktivitas untuk skor 3; dan 1 aktivitas untuk skor 4, sedangkan oleh pekerja 2 terdapat 4 aktivitas untuk skor 1; tidak ada aktivitas untuk skor 2; 8 aktivitas untuk skor 3; dan tidak ditemukan aktivitas untuk skor 4. Untuk meminimalisasi terjadinya gangguan MSDs, diberikan beberapa saran rekomendasi perbaikan.

Abstract CV. SABAR BERSAUDARA is a company engaged in construction materials, animal feed, and organic fertilizers. Most of the production process activities are still manual, thus indicating the emergence of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). From the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, it was found that 50% of neck complaints, 50% right upper arm, 75% waist, 58% hip, 42% right forearm, 42% left and right hand, 42% left calf, and 42% left ankle. . The Nordic Body Map method is applied to determine critical production divisions and the Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS) is used to evaluate and analyze work attitudes so that a better category of work risk level and recommendations for improvement can be obtained. The results of the assessment of work posture in the critical production division using the OWAS method for material mixing activities show that there are 4 activities for a score of 3, while the production activities (printing) by worker 1 have 4 activities for a score of 1; no activity for score 2; 6 activities for a score of 3; and 1 activity for a score of 4, while by worker 2 there are 4 activities for a score of 1; no activity for score 2; 8 activities for a score of 3; and no activity was found for a score of 4. To minimize the occurrence of MSDs disorders, several recommendations for improvement were given.
