Selain clinker, bahan utama dari semen adalah Gypsum, selain itu terdapat bahan tambahan seperti Trass, Limestone tambahan, dan juga Bottom Ash. Penambahan material tambahan dapat berfungsi untuk mengurangi cost, hingga meningkatkan performa dari semen yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan, diberikan 10 perlakuan pada campuran semen tanpa pengulangan, dan didapatkan hasil bahwa semua jenis semen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dan dapat mengurangi biaya produksi hingga 1,44% untuk semen PCC – Industry dan 1,31% untuk semen PCC. In general, the constituent material of cement is a clinker which is pure cement with a composition consisting of Limestone (limestone), Clay (clay), Silica sand (silica sand), Laterite-Iron Ore (iron sand). In addition to clinker, the main material of cement is Gypsum, in addition there are additional materials such as Trass, Limestone additional, and also Bottom Ash. The addition of additional materials can serve to reduce costs, to improve the performance of the resulting cement. In the study conducted, 10 treatments were given to cement mixtures without repetition, and it was found that all types of cement had no significant effect and could reduce production costs by 1.44% for PCC - Industry cement and 1.31% for PCC cement.
