ANALISIS POSTUR KERJA PADA PROSES PENUANGAN BUNGKIL PT HEINZ ABC DENGAN METODE QUICK EXPOSURE CHECKLIST DAN RAPID UPPER LIMB ASSESSMENT

PT Heinz ABC Indonesia merupakan perusahaan industri berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman. Dalam menjalankan proses produksinya, beberapa bagian masih dikerjakan secara manual oleh manusia. Salah satunya ialah proses penuangan bungkil kedelai di Area Coji pada proses awal fermentasi kecap. Berdasarkan data penyakit nyeri otot pada surat sakit tahun 2021, menunjukkan bahwa pada bulan Desember seorang pekerja di Area Coji absen bekerja selama 6 hari akibat penyakit low back pain. Setelah dilakukan pengamatan di lapangan, Kegiatan penuangan bungkil seberat 50 kg dilakukan secara manual oleh pekerja secara berulang dengan postur kerja yang masih kurang baik. Kesalahan postur kerja ini terbukti berisiko terjadinya keluhan muskuloskeletal sehingga produktivitas pekerja berkurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisisrisiko ergonomi yang berkaitan dengan postur kerja dengan metode Quick Exposures Checklist (QEC) dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan bahwa 2 dari 4 postur yang di analisis memiliki risiko tinggi dengan skor RULA 7, sementara 1 postur memiliki skor 6 dan 1 postur memiliki skor 5. Oleh karena itu dilakukan rekomendasi agar pekerja memperbaiki postur yang kurang baik. Selain itu juga direkomendasikan menggunakan beberapa alat bantu manual handling seperti vacuum lifter dan scissors lift.

Abstract

PT Heinz ABC Indonesia is an industrial company for various food and beverages. In carrying out the production process, some parts are still done manually by humans. One of them is the process of pouring wheat in the Coji Area in the initial process of soy sauce fermentation. Based on data on muscle pain in the 2021 sick letter, it shows that in December a worker in the Coji Area was absent from work for 6 days due to low back pain. After observations in the field, workers repeatedly carried out the 50 kg wheat casting activity manually with poor working postures. This work posture error has been proven to be a risk for the musculoskeletal disorder, reducing worker productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze ergonomic risks related to working posture using the Quick Exposures Checklist (QEC) and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) methods. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that 2 of the 4 postures analyzed had a high risk with a RULA score of 7, while 1 posture had a score of 6 and 1 posture had a score of 5. Therefore, recommendations were made for workers to correct poor postures. In addition, it is also recommended to use several manual handling tools such as a vacuum lifter and a scissors lift.
