Pengkajian dan evaluasi pada implementasi prinsip sustainable development memiliki urgensi dan dibutuhkan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi dampak negatif proyek pada aspek lingkungan, lingkup sosial, dan ekonomi. PT SAM memiliki berbagai permasalahan terkait dampak kegiatan operasional proyek terhadap aspek lingkungan, lingkup sosial, dan ekonomi dikarenakan belum mengenal prinsip-prinsip yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif pengerjaan proyek terhadap aspek tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan kriteria-kriteria yang berkaitan dengan aspek sustainable construction untuk PT SAM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh sekitar 8 kriteria dengan 48 sub-kriteria yang relevan terhadap isu sustainability developmet, kemudian dibobotkan terhadap 5 proyek yang saat ini dijalankan. Hasilnya, diperoleh 21 usulan rekomendasi untuk diimpelemntasikan pada 5 proyek yang saat ini dijalankan oleh PT SAM.

Abstract Assessment and evaluation of the implementation of the principles of sustainable development has urgency and is needed as an effort to reduce the negative impact of projects on environmental, social and economic aspects. PT SAM has various problems related to the impact of project operational activities on environmental, social, and economic aspects due to not knowing the principles that can be used to reduce the negative impact of project work on these aspects. In this study, the criteria relating to sustainable construction aspects for PT SAM will be examined. Based on the research results, around 8 criteria with 48 sub-criteria were obtained that were relevant to the issue of sustainability development, then they were weighted against the 5 projects that are currently being implemented. As a result, 21 recommendations were obtained to be implemented in 5 projects currently being carried out by PT SAM.
