IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM ERP BERBASIS ODOO PADA TOKO KUNING REMBANG (Studi Kasus : Toko Kuning, Lasem, Rembang, Jawa Tengah)

Toko Kuning, Lasem, Rembang, Jawa Tengah saat ini menjalankan proses bisnisnya secara manual, namun pelaksanaannya masih terdapat banyak kendala sehingga hasil proses bisnis yang dihasilkan juga tidak maksimal. Kemudian antar divisi di Toko Kuning belum terintegrasi antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan agar sistem yang ada di Toko Kuning dapat terintegrasi adalah Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menggunakan software Odoo yang dikembangkan dengan sistem open-source. Metode yang diterapkan adalah ERP Development Method dan dilanjutkan dengan Measurements and Control untuk mengukur waktu proses dan ERP Readiness Assessment menggunakan model 7s McKinsey. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan proses bisnis usulan (To-Be) yang sesuai dengan implementasi ERP, perbandingan waktu proses antara proses bisnis aktual dan usulan yang menunjukkan bahwa proses usulan lebih baik, dan nilai penilaian kesiapan ERP untuk Toko Kuning yaitu diatas 75 dengan variabel linguistik high yang menunjukkan bahwa organisasi sudah siap untuk menjalankan proses bisnis baru yang memakai sistem ERP namun ada beberapa parameter yang bisa dikembangkan untuk membuat penggunaan sistem ERP menjadi lebih maksimal yaitu data dan IT staff skills.

Toko Kuning, Lasem, Rembang, Central Java is currently running its business processes manually, but in its implementation there are still many obstacles so that the results of the business processes produced are also not optimal. Then the divisions at Toko Kuning have not been integrated with each other. One approach that can be applied so that the existing system at Toko Kuning can be integrated is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using Odoo software which is developed with an open source system. The method applied is the ERP Development Method and followed by Measurements and Control to measure process time and ERP Readiness Assessment using the McKinsey 7s model. The results of this study are in the form of a proposed business process design (To-Be) that is in accordance with the ERP implementation, the comparison of process time between actual and suggested business process which shows that suggested proces are better, and the ERP readiness assessment value for Toko Kuning which is above 75 with linguistic variable high indicating that the organization is ready to run new business processes using the ERP system, but there are several parameters that can be developed to maximize the use of the ERP system, namely data and IT staff skills.
