Namun, perusahaan dalam pengelolaan material Stroomnet yang dilakukan saat ini belum baik. Persediaan dilakukan hanya berdasarkan penyerapan atau permintaan produk tiap Strategic Business Unit (SBU) dan dilakukan pada saat dibutuhkan saja. Apabila kondisi ini tetap dibiarkan maka proyek aktivasi Stroomnet Tahun 2021 tidak akan berjalan dengan optimal Diketahui bahwa permintaan material Stroomnet tidak pasti dan fluktuatif. Pandemi COVID-19 juga membuat lead time pengiriman barang menjadi tidak menentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan usulan quantity order, reorder point dan safety stock tiap material Stroomnet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Min-Max dan Continuous Review. Dari kedua metode yang digunakan akan didapatkan quantity order, reorder point, safety stock, dan total cost. Stroomnet's opportunities and potential are still very wide and wide open. PLN itself has 71.1 million customers (as of 2018) who have the potential to become internet customers, so the company made a Stroomnet installation project in 2021. However, at this time the company has not managed the stroomnet material properly. Material orders are made only based on absorption or product demand for each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and are made only when needed. If this condition continues, the Stroomnet installation project in 2021 will not run optimally. It is known that Stroomnet's material demand is erratic and volatile. The COVID19 pandemic has also made the lead time for material delivery uncertain. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions regarding the order quantity, reorder point, and safety stock for each Stroomnet material. This study uses the Min-Max method and Continuous Review. From the two methods used will be obtained the quantity orders, reorder points, safety stock, and total cost.
