Keterlibatan banyak pihak dalam aliran supply chain dapat menimbulkan beberapa masalah. Beberapa pihak dalam aliran supply chain perusahaan tidak mengetahui ketercapaian tingkat kinerja supply chain. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain perlu dilakukan karena dapat mengetahui ketercapaian performansi supply chain perusahaan, mengurangi biaya-biaya, dan memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, pengukuran kinerja dapat mengontrol dan manjaga keberlangsungan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, PT Hari Mukti Teknik sangat memerlukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain dengan aspek customer facing sehingga perusahaan dapat mengetahui apakah performansi supply chain telah berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR). Key Performance Indicator diidentifikasi dan dipilih dengan menyesuaian kondisi perusahaan PT Hari Mukti Teknik. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah total skor performansi PT Hari Mukti Teknik adalah 73,07, dimana nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori “Good”. Atribut dengan skor performansi terbesar adalah reliability sedangkan atribut dengan skor performansi terendah adalah agility dengan metrik overall value at risk.

Several parties in the flow of the company's supply chain don’t know the level of supply chain performance achieved. Supply chain performance measurement needs to be done because it can determine the company's supply chain performance achievement, reduce costs, and meet customer satisfaction. In addition, performance measurement can control and maintain the continuity of the company to achieve company goals. Related to this problem, PT Hari Mukti Teknik really needs to measure supply chain performance with a customer facing aspect so that the company can find out whether the supply chain performance is running effectively and efficiently. The problem solving method is done with Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR). Key Performance Indicators(KPI) are identified and selected according to condition of the company PT Hari Mukti Teknik. The results is the total performance score of PT Hari Mukti Teknik is 73.07, where this value is included in the "Good" category. The attribute with the greatest performance score is reliability, while the attribute with the lowest performance score is agility with the overall value at risk metric.
