PENGARUH KEBISINGAN DAN BEBAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KELELAHAN KERJA PORTER APRON BANDARA AHMAD YANI

Abstract

Bandara Ahmad Yani Semarang merupakan salah satu bandara Internasional yang berada di Jawa Tengah, namun hal tersebut belum didukung dengan sistem kerja yang baik dan menjamin kesehatan serta keselamatan pekerja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel independen yaitu kebisingan dan beban kerja fisik serta terdiri dari satu variabel dependen yaitu kelelahan kerja. Hasil pengukuran kebisingan di area Apron menggunakan alat sound level meter sebesar 85 – 114 dB. Sedangkan denyut nadi kerja responden yang diukur menggunakan metode 10 denyut Kilboan dengan bantuan stopwatch sebesar 110 – 117 denyut/menit. Kelelahan kerja pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan kuesioner skala likert Fatigue Severity Scale atau FSS, dimana hasil pengukuran kelelahan terhadap responden sebesar 46 - 53. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar ketiga variabel tersebut, dilakukan pengolahan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS 16. Ketiga variabel tersebut memenuhi syarat empat uji asumsi klasik berupa uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, dan uji heteroskesdastisitas. Dari hasil uji F regresi berganda tersebut variabel beban kerja fisik dan kebisingan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kelelahan kerja. Sedangkan dari hasil uji T regresi berganda, variabel beban kerja fisik dan kebisingan masing – masing berpengaruh signifikan secara individual terhadap kelelahan kerja. Hasil regresi tersebut menghasilkan persamaan y= -14,782 + 0,538 X₁ + 0,435 X₂ dan dihasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi R sebesar 0,886. Aktivitas fisik sebagai proter tentunya membutuhkan konsumsi energi dan setelah dilakukan perhitunganya konsumsi energi yang dibutuhkan oleh porter sebesar 5,094 ± 1,105 kkal/menit. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk memberikan perbaikan sistem kerja porter di antaranya perusahaan sebaiknya memperhatikan kesejahteraan porter lalu memberikan training cara penanganan material secara manual, karena telah ditelitih bahwa teknik pengangkatan mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja. Kemudian perhitungan waktu yang diperbolehkan untuk seorang pekerja terkena paparan kebisingan menggunakan rumus Time Weight Average atau TWA = 10 log (D/100) + 85 dB (A).

But it is not yet supported with sophisticated equipment that service the airport and facilitate the workers.. The system is not working properly can cause some accidents and health risks such as loss of hearing, injured while lifting, and chronic fatigue, which can endanger workers and passengers as a result of service to the aircraft is not optimal, then tested multiple linear regression between workload physical fatigue and the noise of the work. The test results showed that the physical workload is the variable most significantly influence the level of job burnout, where the coefficient R value of 0.806. but noise is also significantly influence the level of job burnout and both variables are also significant simultaneous effect on job burnout. Based on these results, indicating the potential for accidents to workers caused by the variable porter noise and physical workload that must be handled so as not to adversely affect the safety of workers. The evaluation is done by calculating the percentage of HRR or reverse heart rate and energy consumption porter workers. After calculation using these methods, it was found that the% HRR workers have a value of over 30% which indicates a risk of harm. But the value of labor power consumption is well within tolerance, so that workers do not require additional rest time. This is due to the imbalance between the number of workers lack porter with physical workload in the form of aircraft baggage of 5 airlines operating at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang, so that should be done is to conduct employee training porter, increasing the number of personnel, and attention to food intake worker in the morning before work to mmenuhi energy needs of workers.
