EVALUASI KONDISI LINGKUNGAN KERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ERGONOMIC CHECKPOINTS DI PT WIJAYA KARYA BETON PABRIK PRODUK BETON (PBB) BOYOLALI

Abstract

[Evaluasi kondisi lingkungan kerja dengan menggunakan Ergonomic Checkpoint di PT Wijaya Karya Beton Pabrik Produk Beton (PBB) Boyolali] PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Boyolali merupakan perusahaan yang khusus bergerak dalam industri beton pracetak yang terletak di Boyolali. Proses produksi beton pracetak mayoritas menggunakan mesin, akan tetapi masih terdapat kegiatan yang dilakukan secara manual salah satunya dalam proses pembuatan tulang pada bagian workshop. Bagian ini memiliki potensi bahaya yang cukup tinggi dimana dalam proses produksi terdapat beberapa kegiatan manual handling. Oleh sebab itu, penulis akan melakukan evaluasi yang lebih mengenai kondisi lingkungan kerja menggunakan Ergonomic Checkpoints di bagian Workshop pembuatan tulangan tiang listrik. Ergonomic Checkpoints adalah suatu daftar kegiatan yang dilakukan pada suatu elemen untuk meningkatkan mutu pekerjaan. Pada Ergonomic Checkpoints terdapat 9 aspek dengan 132 sub aspek ergonomic, setiap aspek akan dicek bila terpenuhi. Dari pengamatan yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Ergonomic Checkpoint, diketahui dari 132 sub aspek terdapat 91 sub aspek yang menunjukkan BAIK, 18 sub aspek yang menunjukkan TIDAK, dan terdapat 23 sub yang tidak ditemukan. 18 sub aspek yang tidak baik perlu dilakukan perbaikan demi tercapainya produktivitas yang tinggi namun tetap memperhatikan lingkungan yang ergonomis. Pada kesempatan ini penulis memilih aspek Penyimpanan dan Penanganan Material sebagai fokus usulan perbaikan. Pada aspek ini terdapat 5 sub aspek yang tidak baik. Terdapat beberapa usulan yaitu antara lain : (a) pengecatan kembali rambu- rambu jalur transportasi, (b) material produksi dan hasil produksi  harus diletakkan pada tempat yang telah disediakan sesuai peraturan perusahaan sehingga tidak mengganggu jalur transportasi, (c) perbaikan desain tempat kerja yaitu untuk proses-proses yang berurutan, mesin dapat ditempatkan secara dekat, (d) perbaikan desain rak hasil produksi kawat dan (e) memperbaiki letak penempatan tempat sampah.

[Evaluation of environmental conditions using Ergonomic Checkpoints in PT Wijaya Karya Beton (concrete product factory) Boyolali]  PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Boyolali is a specialized company engaged in the precast concrete industry located in Boyolali. Precast concrete production process using the majority of the engine, but there are activities that are performed manually one of them in the manufacturing process of bone at the workshop. This section has the potential hazard is high enough where in the production process there are some manual handling activities. Therefore, the researchers will conduct further evaluation of the work environment using Ergonomic Checkpoints at the Workshop manufacture rebars electric pole. Ergonomic Checkpoints is a list of activities carried on an element to improve the quality of work. At Ergonomic Checkpoints are 9 aspect with 132 sub ergonomic aspects, each aspect will be checked when met. From the observations that have been made by using Checkpoint Ergonomic, known from 132 sub aspect there are 91 sub aspect showing YES, 18 sub aspect showing NO, and there are 23 sub is not found. 18 sub aspects are not good needs to be improved in order to achieve high productivity but still consider ergonomic environment. In this moment I choose aspects material storage and handling as the focus of the proposed improvements. In this aspect there are five sub aspects are not good. There are several proposals among other things: (a) repainting signs rambu- transportation routes, (b) production of materials and products should be put in place that has been provided for under company regulations that do not interfere with transportation routes, (c) improved workplace design that is for sequential processes, machines can be placed closely, (d) improvement of production yield a wire rack design and (e) adjusted the placement of trash.
