The assessment is to identify workplace ergonomics engineer in the research are CC203 locomotive machinist cabin has been designed according to ergonomic aspects. In this study the ergonomic aspects to be discussed or analyzed is the ergonomic aspects of display and control. Assessment or analysis of the ergonomic aspects of display and control is done with ergonomics checklist. The results of this study the ergonomic aspects of display and control are not appropriate and need improvement is on the ergonomics of the display, the aspect that has not been appropriate and in need of repair, namely: function display, placement displays, and labeling the display, and the ergonomic aspects control, the aspect that has not been appropriate and require improvement are: dimensional control, design and placement control, and labeling control. From the results of the ergonomics checklist is then made design improvements, the aspects of the display, to design the display of display indicator indicates a malfunction of tau error control. design display layout, and design a label for the display, whereas the control aspect, the design of repairs carried out on the dimensions of the lever on the locomotive CC203 diameter to 46.5 mm diameter in accordance with anthropometric data's hand with 5% percentile, improved forms of control, and labeling of control . . ABSTRAK Kereta api merupakan salah satu transportasi publik yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dengan jumlah penumpang yang banyak dan juga pertumbuhan penumpang yang selalu meningkat. Sesuai dengan data dari Direktorat Jendral Perkeretaapian masih sering terjadi kecelakaan kereta api, data menunjukkan dalam rentang waktu antara tahun 2004-2010 terjadi 700 peristiwa kecelakaan. Dari data kecelakaan tersebut, maka dilakukan analisis ergonomi untuk mengidentifikasi atau melihat faktor ergonomi pada kabin masinis dalam hal ini merupakan lingkungan kerja masinis. Penilain dengan ergonomi yaitu mengidentifikasi lingkungan kerja masinis dalam penelitian ini yaitu kabin masinis Lokomotif CC203 telah didesain dengan sesuai dengan aspek ergonomi. Dalam penelitian ini aspek ergonomi yang akan dibahas atau dianalisis adalah aspek ergonomi display dan control . Penilaian atau analisi aspek ergonomi display dan control dilakukan dengan ergonomi cheklist . Pada hasil penelitian ini aspek ergonomi display dan control yang belum sesuai dan memerlukan perbaikan adalah pada ergonomi display , aspek yang belum sesuai dan memerlukan perbaikan yaitu: fungsi display , penempatan display , dan pelabelan display , dan pada aspek ergonomi control , aspek yang belum sesuai dan memerlukan perbaikan yaitu: dimensi control , desain dan penempatan control , dan pelabelan control . Dari hasil cheklist ergonomi tersebut maka dilakukan rancangan perbaikan, pada aspek display , dilakukan perancangan display berupa display indikator yang menunjukkan malfungsi tau error sebuah control . perancangan tata letak display , dan merancang label untuk display , sedangkan pada aspek control , dilakukan rancangan perbaikan pada dimensi diameter tuas pada lokomotif CC203 menjadi 46,5 mm sesuai dengan data anthropometri diamter genggam tangan dengan persentil 5%, perbaikan bentuk control , dan pelabelan control }, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/ieoj/article/view/11896} }
