ANALISIS NILAI EKONOMI KAWASAN MENGGUNAKAN TRAVEL COST METHOD (TCM) & CONTINGENT VALUATION METHOD (CVM) UNTUK PEMBUATAN PETA ZONA NILAI EKONOMI KAWASAN DENGAN SIG (Studi kasus : Kawasan Agrowisata Pagilaran, Kabupaten Batang)

Kabupaten Batang memiliki daerah wisata alam yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Salah satu wisata alam yang saat ini banyak dikunjungi adalah Kawasan Agrowisata Pagilaran. Secara umum tempat wisata ini menyuguhkan suasana segar khas pegunungan, hamparan kebun teh yang sangat luas, dan tempat rekreasi yang mengajak kita menyatu dengan alam. Hal inilah yang menarik perhatian wisatawan untuk datang mengunjungi Kawasan Agrowisata Pagilaran.Dengan adanya potensi kawasan wisata yang begitu besar, diharapkan kedepannya Kawasan Agrowisata Pagilaran menjadi obyek wisata unggulan di wilayah regional Pekalongan, maka dari itu pengelolaan obyek wisata tersebut haruslah lebih baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dibuat Peta ZNEK untuk mengetahui nilai ekonomi kawasan berdasarkan metode TCM (Travel Cost Method) dan CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) pada kawasan tersebut.

Metode penarikan responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah Sampling non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling incidental, yaitu responden yang ditemui secara kebetulan datang berkunjung di Kawasan Agrowisata Pagilaran. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan perhitungan menggunakan software Maple 17.

Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini, diperoleh berupa peta Zona Nilai Ekonomi Kawasan dengan nilai WTP objek wisata Kawasan Agrowisata Pagilaran sebesar Rp38.191,- dengan surplus konsumen sebesar Rp 173.477,-  per individu per tahun, sehingga diperoleh nilai total ekonomi objek wisata Kawasan Agrowisata Pagilaran sebesar Rp 92.100.049.230,- (nilai surplus konsumen per individu dikalikan dengan jumlah pengunjung tahun 2015).

ABSTRACT

Batang district has many natural tourism areas that are mostly visited by domestic or foreign tourists. One of these areas is Agrotourism Pagilaran Area. Generally this tourism area gives fresh atmosphere, the wide of tea plantation and some recreation places that make us enjoying the nature. This condition makes the tourists to come to Agrotourism Pagilaran Area. Hopefully Agrotourism Pagilaran Area will be the best tourism area in the future especially for the regional of Pekalongan with its big potential as tourism area, so that the management of this tourism area should be more better. Therefore, it should be made ZNEK map to know the value of area economic based on TCM (Travel Cost Method) and CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) in that area.

This study used non probability sampling with incidental sampling technique that the respondents are met by accident in Agrotourism Pagilaran Area. The method of analysing data used double-linear regression analysis and Maple 17 software for the calculation.The result of this research is map of Area Economic Value Zone with the value of WTP of Pagilaran Tourism Area38.191 rupiahs with the consument surplus 173.477 rupiahs for each individual in a year. Therefore, the total economic value of Agrotourism Pagilaran Area is 92.100.049.230 rupiahs (the surplus value of each consumer times with the number of tourists in 2015).
