Author Guidelines

The call of paper is announced for peer-review process. We encourage you to submit manuscript for JGUndip Journal with no submission deadline. Submission to this journal is fully online and the author will be guided through creation and submitting the manuscript. The accepted manuscript will be published close to the date of the journal’s publication, 4 times a year. The author can follow this guideline in preparing the manuscript before proceeding process:

The manuscript:

• The file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
• The main body is not more than 10 pages, including: (a)Title, (b)Author’s name(s), (c)Affiliation(s), (d)Abstract and keyword, (e)Introduction, (f)Data and Methodology, (g)Result and Analysis, (h)Conclusion, (i)Acknowledgement (optional) and (j) References.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses)
• Illustrations, figures, and tables should be titled and numbered (in Arabic) consecutively and placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end of the manuscript.

• References are written with the style of American Psychological Association (APA) 6^th Edition. In the text, for each data and statement from other sources, should be followed by the citation of the references may be given as simply as “(Roeva, 2012)”.
• All of the references used in the text should be provided at the end and arranged in alphabetical order.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• It is recommended to use the citation tools such as Mendeley.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The language: the manuscript should be written either in Indonesian or English.
3. The names, email addresses, and affiliations of all contributing authors.
4. The full title of the manuscript as would you like to appear in the JGUndip Journal.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
