Abstract

Integritas akademik adalah kualitas individu-individu dalam lembaga pendidikan yang selalu diupayakan untuk menjadi semakin baik dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas isi skala integritas akademik dosen. Item yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain situational judgement test (SJT) yang terdiri dari sebuah skenario dan 4 opsi respon. Validasi isi dilakukan kepada indikator keperilakuan dan item yang disusun peneliti dengan batas nilai Aiken sebesar 0,8. Ahli yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 21 orang. Hasil analisis dengan Aiken’s V menunjukkan skala integritas akademik dosen yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai validitas isi yang baik, dengan nilai V lebih dari 0,8 pada pengujian validitas isi indikator perilaku aspek integritas akademik maupun pengujian validitas isi pada 96 item skala integritas akademik.
