KESEHATAN MENTAL PADA PETUGAS KESEHATAN YANG MENANGANI PASIEN COVID-19: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan berdampak pada kesehatan mental semua orang, termasuk petugas kesehatan. Petugas kesehatan merupakan garda terdepan dalam menangani pasien yang terinfeksi COVID-19. Systematic review ini bertujuan untuk meninjau semua penelitian yang dilakukan tentang status kesehatan mental pada petugas kesehatan yang menangani pasien COVID-19. Pencarian artikel diperoleh dari PubMed, Science Direct, dan Scopus dengan teks penuh dan berbahasa Inggris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020-2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Pencarian mengidentifikasi 26 artikel dan menggunakan 9 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil penelitian analisis dari 9 artikel menunjukkan bahwa gangguan kesehatan mental, seperti depresi, kecemasan, dan stres memiliki prevalensi yang tinggi pada petugas kesehatan dalam menangani COVID-19. Petugas kesehatan juga memiliki prevalensi yang tinggi terhadap insomnia dan Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Kesimpulan dari systematic review ini adalah petugas kesehatan yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam menangani pasien COVID-19 memiliki resiko tinggi mengalami masalah kesehatan mental. Penting untuk memperhatikan kesehatan mental petugas kesehatan selama menangani pasien COVID-19.
