HUBUNGAN ANTARA HARGA DIRI DAN ADAPTABILITAS KARIR PADA SISWA KELAS X DI SMA NEGERI 2 SEMARANG

Abstract
Adaptabilitas karir merupakan kemampuan individu dalam menghadapi dan menyesuaikan diri pada perubahan-perubahan yang terkait dengan karir, baik yang terduga maupun tidak. Harga diri adalah cara individu memandang dirinya, dan sejauh mana merasa dirinya berharga serta mampu melakukan sesuatu. Siswa kelas X mengalami masa transisi dari SMP ke SMA sehingga dituntut untuk dapat menyesuaikan diri pada lingkungan sosial dan permasalahan baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA N 2 Semarang yang berjumlah 504 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 232 siswa dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Hasil analisis Rank Spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara harga diri dan adaptabilitas karir (rxy = 0,719; p = 0,000), artinya semakin tinggi harga diri seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas karirnya.
