Guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Banyumanik Kota Semarang belum menunjukkan adanya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang optimal dan menyeluruh. Dalam usaha menumbuhkan dan mengoptimalkan OCB guru dibutuhkan faktor-faktor yang mendukung karena OCB tidak dengan sendirinya meningkat tanpa berinteraksi dengan faktor lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi penelitian adalah guru SD negeri di Kecamatan Banyumanik Kota Semarang sejumlah 186 guru dan sampel penelitian 136 guru yang diperoleh dengan cluster sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala, yaitu Skala OCB (42 item α = 0,934) dan Skala Kecerdasan Emosional (33 item α = 0,918). Uji korelasi Spearman Brown menunjukkan rxy = 0,835 (p < 0,001), yang berarti ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara OCB dengan kecerdasan emosional. Semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional maka semakin tinggi OCB. Guru diharapkan dapat mempertahankan OCB dengan melatih atau memaksimalkan kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki. s
