HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOSOCIAL SAFETY CLIMATE DENGAN PROACTIVE WORK BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN PT X JAKARTA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychosocial safety climate dan proactive work behavior pada karyawan PT X Jakarta. Proactive work behavior adalah perilaku individu memulai inisiatif dalam mengambil kendali dan membawa perubahan, meliputi diri sendiri atau organisasi dalam konteks dan waktu tertentu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT X Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Skala Psychosocial Safety Climate (30 aitem valid, α=0,956 dan Skala Proactive Work Behavior (22 aitem valid, α=0,891). Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan nilai rxy = 0,368 dan p=0,004 (p<0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychosocial safety climate dengan proactive work behavior. Semakin positif psychosocial safety climate maka semakin tinggi pula proactive work behavior dan sebaliknya. Psychosocial safety climate memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,6% dalam mempengaruhi proactive work behavior, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 86,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini.
