PERANCANGAN FUNGSI PERINTAH PADA MIKROKONTROLER ATMEGA8535 MELALUI ROUTER WI-FI

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mencapai era nirkabel. Hampir seluruh perangkat yang ada saat ini memiliki fasilitas nirkabel, yaitu berupa inframerah, bluetooth, atau Wi-Fi. Teknologi nirkabel mendukung sebuah komunikasi antar perangkat menjadi praktis karena tidak menggunakan kabel. Salah satu contoh implementasi sistem nirkabel adalah pada sistem otomatisasi rumah (home automation). penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan suatu komunikasi antar perangkat secara nirkabel. Perangkat yang digunakan adalah ATMega8535 sebagai objek penerima perintah, Router Wi-Fi sebagai penyedia layanan nirkabel, dan perangkat seperti ponsel, komputer tablet, atau laptop sebagai pemberi perintah. Pengujian dilakukan guna mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pengiriman perintah secara nirkabel dengan jarak-jarak tertentu.  Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ATMega8535 dapat menerima perintah dari komputer secara nirkabel, yaitu 96,36 % keberhasilan melalui terminal, 100% melalui halaman web, dan 100% dengan jarak 20 meter, 40 meter, dan 60 meter. Hal ini disimpulkan bahwa Router Wi-Fi dapat mewujudkan adanya sebuah sistem pemberian perintah ATMega8535 secara nirkabel.

Abstract

The development of information technology has reached the wireless era. Almost all of the devices nowadays have the wireless feature in the form of infrared, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi. The wireless technology supports communications among devices to be practical, because it does not use wire to do it. One of the wireless implementation system examples is on the home automation system. This research aims to create a communication between devices wirelessly. The devices used were ATMega8535 as the command receiver object, Wi-Fi Router as the wireless system supplier, and device like mobile phone, tablet computer, or laptop as the command giver. A test was done to identify the success level of the command sending wirelessly in certain distances.The result of the test showed that ATMega8535 could receive commands from the computer wirelessly, that is 96,36% successful rate with the terminal, 100% successful rate with the web page, and 100% successful rate with 20 meters, 40 meters, dan 60 meters distances. The conclusion is Wi-Fi Router can perfoms command giving system at an ATMega8535 wirelessly.
