Abstract
The increase amount of online taxibike drivers in Indonesia has an impact on increasing the number of traffic accidents caused by online taxibike drivers, especially in Central Java, which is around 30%. Further research is needed to find out the factors that influence the rate of traffic accidents among online taxibike drivers. The purpose of this study was to analyze internal factors in terms of blood type as a human specific genetic and based on Theory of Planned Behavior which consist attitudes, norms and perceptions to understand infrastructure and environmental as external factors that influence the online taxibike safety riding in Semarang City Central. This research is a quantitative study using structural equation modeling (SEM) to identify the relationship between internal factors and external factors as exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of driving safety behavior. The modeling results show that internal factors and external factors affect the safety behavior of online taxibike drivers. This can be observed from the influence between the exogenous and endogenous variables. Traffic accident policies should no longer be generalized, but based on differences in the characteristics of driver behavior that can be observed from the external and internal factor.
