Abstract
The first step before carrying out a construction project is the planning of the development. To ensure the process results in a building that meets the criteria and is livable, a high level of accuracy is required. Structural design standards are necessary to ensure the safety of building occupants. This final project focuses on BIM-based planning with real-time 3D modeling for a high level of collaboration, efficiency, reducing errors, better decision-making based on data, and the application of SRPMK (Special Moment Frame System) based on seismic area mapping. This final project will present the design results of the SRPMK building structure, which take into account a high level of safety and resilience against earthquake risks. The redesign of the Technopole Polman Majalengka building uses BIM supporting software, namely Autodesk Revit 2025 and Navisworks. This planning method is based on literature studies related to 5D BIM analysis according to applicable regulations. The results obtained indicate that the planned structure meets the requirements and is safe. This planning is scheduled for 21 weeks with a total budget value of IDR 25.008.044.000, including an 12% VAT. The planning can be well integrated into the 5D BIM modeling involving 3D structure, costs, and scheduling, resulting in a more accurate analysis related to costs and time in construction.
