The main issue related to this waste is its inefficient handling, which can lead to environmental pollution and health problems. By utilizing coconut shells as a substitute for coarse aggregate in concrete mixtures, we can reduce the amount of waste disposed of and decrease dependence on conventional materials. Additionally, the ash from coconut fibers, produced from burning the fibers, can be used as a substitute for cement. The use of coconut fiber ash not only reduces the use of Portland cement, which has a high environmental impact, but also can improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete. This research aims to explore the use of coconut shell waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate and coconut fiber ash as a substitute for cement in concrete mixtures. With the increasing demand for construction materials and the environmental impact of conventional materials, the utilization of agricultural waste such as coconut shells and fibers presents an attractive alternative. The experimental methods used include testing the physical and mechanical characteristics of the concrete mixture, as well as analyzing the variation in substitution proportions. Previous studies have shown the potential of coconut waste in enhancing concrete properties, both in terms of compressive strength and environmental resistance.
