Abstract

Sistem pelumasan mesin induk kapal berperan krusial dalam mencegah kerusakan akibat gesekan dan keausan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komponen kritis penyebab kegagalan, meningkatkan keandalan sistem, serta menghitung peluang dan waktu menuju kegagalan sistem pelumasan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) berbasis Fuzzy, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Reliability Block Diagram (RBD), dan Rantai Markov, dengan data diperoleh dari laporan operasional, buku manual, dan wawancara dengan kru kapal. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi LO Filter Duplex dan LO Cooler sebagai komponen kritis, di mana penyumbatan pada LO Filter Duplex memiliki mode kegagalan berisiko tertinggi (FRPN 6,637), sementara kebocoran LO Cooler dapat memicu kegagalan sistem berdasarkan analisis FTA. Simulasi selama 5.000 jam menunjukkan bahwa Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) awal adalah 711,54 jam, yang meningkat menjadi maksimal 831,62 jam, sementara Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) meningkat dari 975,89 jam menjadi 1.355,65 jam setelah dilakukan modifikasi dengan penambahan redundansi pada LO Filter Duplex dan LO Cooler. Analisis Rantai Markov menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas steady state sistem dalam kondisi normal 0,8268.
