Stasiun yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu Stasiun I pada lingkungan KJA (Karamba Jaring Apung) dan Stasiun II pada lingkungan pengambilan Eceng Gondok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gradien perubahan NO3-N dan PO4-P secara vertikal dan horizontal dari aktivitas KJA dan pengambilan Eceng Gondok dan untuk mengetahui status kesuburan perairan berdasarkan gradien NO3-N dan PO4-P di sekitar lingkungan tersebut. Metode sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan konsentrasi NO3-N dan PO4-P pada kedua lingkungan tidak dipengaruhi oleh jarak maupun kedalaman perairan. Kandungan rata-rata NO3-N di lingkungan KJA lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada lingkungan pengambilan Eceng Gondok, sedangkan kandungan rata-rata PO4-P di lingkungan pengambilan Eceng Gondok lebih tinggi dibandingkan di lingkungan KJA. Kondisi lingkungan KJA berdasarkan konsentrasi NO3-N cenderung mesotrofik, sedangkan di lingkungan pengambilan Eceng Gondok cenderung oligotrofik. Kondisi lingkungan dikedua lokasi berdasarkan konsentrasi PO4-P cenderung eutrofik. Kata kunci: NO3-N, PO4-P, Eceng Gondok, Rawa Pening Abstract The research was done in Mei to Juli 2012 in Rawa Pening. Station used for research that is Station 1 at environment of floating net cages and Station 2 at environment cutting of Water Hyacinth. This research aim to know gradien change of NO3-N and PO4-P vertically and horizontal of activity in floating net cages and in cutting of Water Hyacinth as well as to know status fertility of territorial water pursuant to NO3-N gradien and PO4-P gradien around environment. Sampling method use method of purposive sampling. Result of research show NO3-N concentration and PO4-P concentration at both environment do not influence by distance and also deepness of territorial water. Mean NO3-N content in environment of floating net cages higher compared to at environment cutting of Water Hyacinth, while PO4-P mean content in environment of cutting of Water Hyacinth compared to in environment of floating net cages. Condition of environment of floating net cages pursuant to concentration of NO3-N tend to mesotrofik, while in environment cutting of Water Hyacinth tend to oligotrofik. Condition of environment both of location pursuant to concentration of PO4-P tend to eutrofik.
