Abstract

The inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of an innovation can be categorized into three main aspects: organizational factors, cultural factors, and human factors. From an organizational perspective, a clear organizational direction plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of innovation, supported by employees who are proficient in operating the Klampid New Generation application. Additionally, the ability of leadership to delegate authority and an understanding of work coordination mechanisms, both internally and with other governmental organizations, contribute to the effectiveness of innovation implementation. Furthermore, cultural factors also play a significant role, where the head of the department holds a key position in developing teamwork and partnerships. Maintaining the quality and quantity of employees is a priority, along with the implementation of clear service procedures and optimal service intensity. Lastly, human factors are equally important, as understanding the quality and quantity of human resources is essential. Recognizing the elements that support employees in implementing innovation, as well as providing them with exploratory space, serves as a strategic approach to enhancing work effectiveness and ensuring the sustainability of innovation.
