ANALISIS PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI DINAS KOPERASI DAN USAHA MIKRO KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

The Office of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses of Semarang City in 2022 experienced additional employees and the different educational backgrounds of employees caused competency gaps between employees. In addition, competent human resources are needed to achieve the objectives of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses of Semarang City, namely resolving strategic issues and problems that have been stated in the Government Agency Performance Report. This encourages the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses of Semarang City to improve employee competencies. The existence of PANRB Ministerial Circular Letter Number 20 of 2021 related to the work culture of BerAKHLAK core values is one of the central government's strategies to improve human resources, especially ASN. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of employee competence at the Semarang City Cooperative and Micro Business Office. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with primary and secondary data. The results of the study explain that the existence of increased employee competence is reflected in the existence of joint learning activities, technical guidance, knowledge transfer, competency tests, strengthening work culture, recitation, discussion forums with superiors, briefings, morning apples, supervision through the general and staffing sections, and honesty canteens.
