PEMETAAN STAKEHOLDERS DALAM PEMBANGUNAN SUSTAINABLE ECOTOURISM DI DESA GLAWAN, KECAMATAN PABELAN, KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract

From 2021 to 2023, tourist visits both domestic and foreign in Semarang Regency showed high numbers and continued to experience a significant increase. However, Glawan Village lost the opportunity to take advantage of this moment because of limitations in the management of potential and mapping of stakeholders that come in contact with tourism activities. This study aims to identify and analyze the mapping of stakeholders related to the interests and influences and roles carried out by stakeholders in the process of cooperation in the development of the Glawan tourism village into sustainable ecotourism tourism. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that there were 4 types of stakeholders identified in the process of collaborating on the development of the Glawan tourism village into sustainable ecotourism tourism including government stakeholders, industry, academics, and the community. The government as a keyplayers and contest setter and acts as a policy creator and coordinator. Industry as a keyplayers and subjects and acts as a policy creator and facilitator. Academics as a keyplayers and acts as a facilitator and coordinator. The community includes Pokdarwis as a keyplayers and acts as an implementor and accelerator, manager of educational tourism house as a contest setter and acts as an implementor and accelerator, PKK Mrs. Glawan Village as Subjects and acts as an implementor and accelerator, and Youth Youth Youth Organization as Subjects and acts as a role implementors and accelerators.
