DINAMIKA KOLABORASI DALAM PENANGANAN SAMPAH DI KOTA BOGOR
Abstract
Collaboration dynamics represent the complex interactions among stakeholders involved in a cooperative process to achieve common goals. In waste management in Bogor City, these dynamics involve interactions between the government, private sector, and the community. The dynamics of collaboration in waste management in Bogor City present significant challenges due to population growth and urbanization. Effective and sustainable waste management is crucial for maintaining environmental quality and public health. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of collaboration among the government, society, and private sector in waste management and to identify the inhibiting factors faced. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews and observations with informants from the Environmental Agency, community organizations, and waste banks. The findings indicate that collaboration among these actors has not been optimal due to a lack of open dialogue and shared understanding. Additionally, reliance on hierarchical procedures and institutional structures serves as a barrier. The success of collaboration is significantly influenced by resource capacity, leadership, and public awareness of the importance of waste management. The study suggests the need for improvements in collaboration procedures, enhanced communication and transparency, and the allocation of a dedicated budget to support collaborative initiatives in waste management in Bogor City.
