Researchers used the concept of public private partnership to analyze the cooperation between the Government of Semarang with society in the implementation of early childhood in the city of Semarang. Through this study, researchers will discover the role of the actors involved in the implementation of early childhood in the city, so it can look at the interdependence between the parties involved.
