Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

Early Childhood Education (ECD) is currently quite got the attention of the government since early childhood have a positive impact on the state of the future generation. Therefore, all regions in Indonesia strive for early childhood services to the public in the area including Semarang City. Researchers conducted this study in order to determine the implementation of early childhood programs in the city of Semarang.

The  approach  used  in  this  research  is  descriptive  qualitative  with interviews data collection methods and document study. Researchers will look at how the relationship between the parties involved in the implementation process of early childhood in the Semarang City, namely the relationship between the Government and the people of Semarang. Researchers used the concept of public private partnership to analyze the cooperation between the Government of Semarang with society in the implementation of early childhood in the city of Semarang. Through this study, researchers will discover the role of the actors involved in the implementation of early childhood in the city, so it can look at the interdependence between the parties involved.
