Dengan menggunakan (Sukamana, 2016) serta metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis gerakan kelompok dalam pengelolaan sumber daya, kepemimpinan, jaringan, partisipasi, serta peluang dan kapasitas menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa gerakan ini berhasil menghasilkan dampak positif, seperti terbentuknya daratan baru yang mengurangi abrasi, meningkatnya budidaya kerang hijau, dan hasil tangkapan nelayan kecil. Namun, keberlanjutan kelompok menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan dana, kurangnya inovasi, dan minimnya regenerasi anggota. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem regenerasi yang lebih jelas serta kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk memastikan kelangsungan upaya rehabilitasi dan pelestarian hutan mangrove ke depan. Kata Kunci : Gerakan Sosial, Organisasi, Mangrove, Pengelolaan Sumber Daya. The environmental social movement has emerged as a response to alarming ecological problems, one of which is exemplified by the Mina Citra Lestari Group, which seeks to rehabilitate and maintain mangrove forests in Grogol Village, Gunungjati District, Cirebon Regency.This study employed Sukamana's (2016) and descriptive qualitative methods to analyze the group's movement in resource management, leadership, networks, participation, and opportunities and capacity as important factors in achieving goals. The findings indicated that the movement has yielded positive outcomes, including the formation of new land, which has led to a reduction in abrasion; the expansion of green mussel cultivation; and an increase in the catches of small fishermen.However, the sustainability of the group is confronted with challenges such as financial constraints, a paucity of innovation, and inadequate member regeneration.Consequently, the development of a more robust regeneration system and the establishment of collaborative relationships with various stakeholders are imperative to ensure the continuity of mangrove forest rehabilitation and conservation efforts in the future.
