From the results of the article review it is known that the types of seafood studied were shrimp and mussels. The method used to measure the heavy lead content in seafood is Absorption Spectophotometry (AAS) . The consentration of lead in seafood varies. The type of seafood that containts the highest heavy metal lead is feather mussels in Jakarta Bay which was 33,64 ± 4,66 mg/kg. Meanwhile, the type of seafood with the lowest consentration of lead was blood mussels in waters of Teluk Lamong Harbour, which was 0,133 ± 0,022 mg/kg. As much as 44,5% of seafood in Indonesian marine waters containts lead with a concentration of 0,54 - 33,64 mg/kg dan ± 7,687 mg/kg, which exceed the threshold based on SNI 7387-2009. }, issn = {2356-3346}, pages = {309--317} doi = {10.14710/jkm.v12i4.41225}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jkm/article/view/41225} }
