Guided by the PRISMA framework 26 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2025 were collected from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, subsequently screened to 10 studies for in-depth analysis. The findings reveal that Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, chatbots, and predictive analytics have brought meaningful changes to library management, encompassing automated cataloging, resource classifications, personalized recommendation systems, and digital preservation. Key challenges persist, particularly algorithmic bias, limited Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy among librarians, and the high cost of implementation. This review underscores the importance of developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) competencies among library professionals and establishing clear ethical frameworks to guide responsible technology adoption. Cross-sector collaboration among policymakers, technology developers, and educators is also critical to fostering inclusive Artificial Intelligence (AI) deployment.
