According to the sales and transaction Numbers, there is an income target and an unattainable number of transactions.The study is aimed at identifying the effect that sales promos and the quality of services have on the decision of the consumer purchase of citraland semarang supermarket. This type of research is an explanatory research by elevated sampling methods. The data-collection technique is known as a covid-19 pandemic by passing out questionnaires through Google form and asking 100 of those who have ever shop-tested citraland semarang for a minimum of 1. The data analysis method used is regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 application. Research indicates that the promotion of sales has a bearing on purchasing decisions, the quality of the ministry has a bearing on the decision of the purchase, and the quality of the service to the decision of the purchase. Hal ini dapat ditinjau langsung dari maraknya bisnis retail yang beredar di Indonesia, khususnya di Kota Semarang. Persaingan retail di Kota Semarang mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Tingginya persaingan antar perusahaan ritel yang ada membuat bisnis ritel saling berlomba untuk memenangkan pasar, untuk memenangkan persaingan penting bagi bisnis ritel untuk menciptakan keputusan pembelian yang tinggi. Keputusan pembelian yang tinggi dapat dipengaruhi oleh promosi penjualan yang menarik dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik. Menurut data penjualan dan jumlah transaksi menunjukkan adanya target pendapatan dan jumlah transaksi yang tidak tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara promosi penjualan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Gelael Supermarket Citraland Semarang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dikaenakan adanya pandemi COVID-19 dengan membagikan kuesioner melalui google form dan menanyakan kepada 100 responden yang pernah berbelanja pada Gelael Supemarket Citraland Semarang minimal 1 kali. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analissis regresi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh promosi penjualan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
