ANALISIS USAHA PERIKANAN TANGKAP KAPAL PURSE SEINE BERPENDINGIN FREEZER DIBANDINGKAN DENGAN ES DI PELABUHAN PERIKANAN PANTAI (PPP) BAJOMULYO, JUWANA, KABUPATEN PATI

Abstract

Armada kapal purse seine di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Bajomulyo setiap tahun bertambah dan mendominasi dengan jumlah total pada Tahun 2014 mencapai 187 unit. Kapal purse seine di PPP Bajomulyo menggunakan sistem pendingin freezer dan es, tetapi nelayan sekitar banyak yang beralih yang dulunya menggunakan sistem pendingin es menjadi pendingin freezer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek teknis kapal purse seine berpendingin frezzer dan kapal purse seine berpendingin es, mengetahui pendapatan antara kapal purse seine berpendingin freezer dengan es, dan menganalisis nilai NPV, B/C Ratio, IRR, (PP)  pada kapal purse seine berpendingin freezer dengan es.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara tentang aktivitas penangkapan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan pendapatan kapal purse seine berpendingin frezzer Rp.4.823.550.000/tahun sedangkan kapal purse seine berpendingin es Rp.2.470.781.467/tahun. Hasil analisis finansial usaha penangkapan Kapal purse seine Berpendingin frezzer dengan menggunakan perhitungan secara  discounted criterion dapat dikatakan layak dan dapat diteruskan karena nilai NPV sebesar Rp 9.193.160.629,00 (NPV = positif), IRR sebesar 63% (IRR> i), B/C ratio sebesar 1,76 (> 1), PP selama 2 tahun, 1 bulan, 9 hari, sedangkan analisis finansial usaha penangkapan Kapal purse seine Berpendingin es dapat pula dikatakan layak dan dapat diteruskan karena nilai NPV sebesar Rp 3.998.121.722,00 (NPV = positif), IRR sebesar 36% (IRR> i), B/C ratio sebesar 1,78 (> 1), PP selama 4 tahun, 2 bulan, 2 hari.

Bajomulyo Fishing Port is one of Fishing Port in Central Java. Purse Seiner base in Bajomulyo use cooling system frezzer and ice. fisherman in Bajomulyo change their ice cooling system to freezer. The purposes of this research is to analysis the technically between purse seiner which use freezer refrigeration system and ice cooling system, and to knowing  revenues  between  purse seiner  freezer refrigeration system  and ice cooling system and the determine the NPV, B / C Ratio , IRR and  PP  on a purse seiner freezer refrigeration system and ice cooling system.Descriptive method is used in this research. The collection of information is done by observation and interviews concerning fishing activities. Rp. 4.823.550.000/tahun, while the purse seiner refrigerated ice Rp. 2.470.781.467/ year. Results of financial analysis  purse seiner  which use freezer refrigeration system using a discounted calculation criterion can be said to be feasible and can be continued because NPV value of Rp 9.193.160.629,00 ( NPV = positive ) , an IRR of 63 % ( IRR > i ) , B / C ratio of 1.76  (> 1) , PP for 2 years , 1months , 9 days , while financial analysis purse seiner Cooled ice system can also be said to be feasible and could be continued because the NPV value of Rp3.998.121.722 ,00 ( NPV = positive ) , an IRR of 36 % ( IRR > i ) , B / C ratio of 1.78 ( > 1 ) , PP for 4 years , 2 months , 2 days.
