Pada data stock periode 2022 menunjukkan selisih kekurangan sebanyak 77 unit dari 15 material dan selisih kelebihan sebanyak 67 unit dari 15 material. Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan memberikan solusi yang terstruktur melalui perhitungan dengan penentuan ITO, safety stock, ROP dan min-max. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan jumlah stock yang optimal sesuai dengan penggunaanya. Serta dilakukan analisis pada hasil perhitungan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor utama yang mempengaruhi dalam metode yang digunakan. Usulan perbaikan meliputi menentukan nilai safety stock, nilai order quantity, nilai reorder point, nilai maximum dan pengendalian histori demand & umur pakai. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi data inventaris dan efisiensi operasional gudang, serta mengurangi frekuensi ketidaksesuaian material di masa mendatang. Abstract [Title: Analysis of Fast Moving Regular Stock Material Inventory Control Using the Economic Order Quantity Method In the Warehouse (Case Study: PT PLN (PERSERO) UIK Tanjung Jati B Unit 1&2)] This study aims to minimize the occurrence of excess or shortage of material in the stock process at PT PLN (PERSERO) UIK Tanjung Jati B Unit 1&2 using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Material mismatches, both shortages and excesses, often occur and cause various losses for the company, including financial losses and waste in warehouse facilities. The stock data for the 2022 period shows a difference in shortage of 77 units from 15 materials and a difference in excess of 67 units from 15 materials. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used to identify problems and provide structured solutions through calculations by determining ITO, safety stock, ROP and min-max. The calculation results show the optimal amount of stock according to its use. An analysis of the calculation results is also carried out to determine the main factors that influence the method used. Proposed improvements include determining the safety stock value, order quantity value, reorder point value, maximum value and control of demand history & service life. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve the accuracy of inventory data and warehouse operational efficiency, as well as reduce the frequency of material mismatches in the future.
