USULAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF PEKERJA DI BAGIAN FINGER JOINT LAMINATING BERDASARKAN TIME MOTION STUDY (Studi kasus Perum Perhutani KBM IK Brumbung)

Abstract

Perum Perhutani KBM IK Brumbung berorientasi pada produk masal dan mempunyai keterbatasan dalam menggunakan sumber daya. Agar jumlah produksi dapat memenuhi pesanan, biasanya perusahaan memberlakukan jam lembur. Sedangkan kapasitas produksi yang melebihi jam reguler juga menimbulkan kerugian karena perusahaan harus membayar ongkos lembur yaitu 1,5 kali dari gaji perjam karyawan. Permasalah yang timbul di Perum Perhutani KBM IK Brumbung di bagian FJL adalah upah yang di terima tidak sesuai dengan yang di kerjakan sehari – hari tidak sesuainya  dalam pemberian upah dan insentif yang diberikan. Upah yang di terima tidak bisa mencukupi kebutuhan hidup, dan padatnya jam kerja membuat para pekerja untuk bekerja melebihi waktu normal supaya bisa mendapatkan insentif atau bonus gaji untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari – hari.

metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran waktu atas aktivitas untuk karyawan Perum Perhutani KBM IK Brumbung di bagian FJL supaya dapat menerima upah dan insentif yang sesuai maka mengusulkan dengan menggunakan  metode time & motion study. Sedangkan metode time & motion study adalah analitis sistematis dan pengembangan metode kerja dalam menentukan bahan baku, desain output, proses, alat, tempat kerja, dan perlengkapan untuk setiap langkah dalam suatu proses, aktivitas manusia yang mengerjakan setiap aktivitas itu sendiri.  Dari metode tersebut dapat dilihat pula adanya peningkatan produktivitas atas waktu dan pergerakan karyawan dengan hasil yang dicapai oleh perusahaan.

             Dari hasil penelitian,mendapatkan upah yang layak bagi para pekerja terjadi di bagian FJL ( Finger Joint Laminating)  perum perhutani KBM IK Brumbung dengan usulan metode Time motion study di peroleh besarnya upah yang berbeda – beda di tiap elemen kerja dari produk Finger Jhoint Laminated.

Wages in received cannot fulfill the needs of living, and dense working hours make the workers to work more than the normal time to be able to get these incentives or bonus a salary to fulfill the needs a day.

the method used to make the measurement of time of activity for employees of Perhutani KBM IK Brumbung in order to receive wages FJL and appropriate incentive then suggested using time & motion study. While the method time & motion study is a systematic and analytical development of working methods in determining the raw materials, the design output, process, tools, work, and equipment for each step in a process, the human activity on each activity itself. Of those methods can be seen as an increase in productivity over time and movement of employees with the results achieved by the company.

From the results of research, get a decent wage for workers in parts of FJL (Finger Joint Laminating) perhutani KBM IK Brumbung with the proposed method of Time-motion study in getting the magnitude of different wage difference in each element of  work  Joint Laminated Finger.
