Perusahaan ini memerlukan penentuan kendali untuk mengurangi risiko karena memiliki risiko dari aktivitas kerja yang cukup besar. Kesadaran pekerja dalam pengimplementasian K3 masih kurang sehingga dapat mengakibatkan berbagai bahaya dan risiko yang terjadi pada aktivitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi bahaya dan tingkat risiko serta menentukan pengendalian risiko dari aktivitas kerja pada empat area Plant WTM 8 dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC). Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan metode tersebut, maka didapatkan 8 potensi bahaya dan 8 potensi risiko pada area uncoiler, 6 potensi bahaya dan 6 potensi risiko pada area welding, 6 potensi bahaya dan 6 potensi risiko pada area hydrotest, dan 9 potensi bahaya dan 9 potensi risiko pada area final inspection. kemudian selanjurnya memberikan pengendalian risiko dari potensi yang didapatkan. BPI produces various steel pipes such as oil & gas pipeline, water line, piling pipe, telephone pole, electrical pole, structural pipe for general construction and offshore structure, and other applications. With a total area of 38 hectares located in Bekasi - West Java, BPI operates 5 machines with different capabilities. All machines are supported by advanced technology and the latest manufacturing machines apply High Frequency Electric. This company requires the determination of controls to reduce risk because it has considerable risks from work activities. Workers' awareness in implementing OHS is still lacking so that it can result in various hazards and risks that occur in work activities. The purpose of this study is to identify hazards and risk levels and determine risk control from work activities in four areas of Plant WTM 8 using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) method. Based on data processing carried out by this method, 8 potential hazards and 8 potential risks were obtained in the uncoiler area, 6 potential hazards and 6 potential risks in the welding area, 6 potential hazards and 6 potential risks in the hydrotest area, and 9 potential hazards and 9 potential risks in the final inspection area. then provide risk control from the potential obtained.
