Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif finansial menjadi prioritas utama perusahaan dengan bobot 40%, namun performa tertinggi justru ditunjukkan oleh perspektif customer focus. Ditemukan pula tiga indikator dengan performa rendah yang memerlukan rekomendasi perbaikan, seperti peningkatan proporsi gender, perencanaan investasi yang lebih realistis, serta kolaborasi strategis dalam program pariwisata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi BSC dan OMAX efektif digunakan untuk memberikan evaluasi kinerja yang komprehensif serta rekomendasi berbasis data guna mendukung strategi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. The problem addressed in this research is the underachievement of several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in 2023, without thorough evaluation of these indicators in planning for the following year. Performance measurement was carried out by classifying the indicators into four BSC perspectives, followed by performance scoring using the OMAX method supported by the Traffic Light System. The results show that the financial perspective was the main priority with a weight of 40%, while the highest performance was achieved in the customer focus perspective. Three low-performing indicators were identified, requiring improvement recommendations such as balancing gender ratios, conducting realistic investment planning, and forming strategic collaborations in tourism programs. The study concludes that the combination of BSC and OMAX is effective for providing comprehensive performance evaluation and data-driven recommendations to support the company’s performance improvement strategies. Abstrak
