Selain itu, pemeliharaan preventif dan predictive maintenance diusulkan untuk mengurangi downtime. Implementasi sistem monitoring berbasis digital juga disarankan untuk meningkatkan performa mesin dan efisiensi produksi. The OEE value of 44.613% is considered low based on Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) standards. The primary loss factor was Reduced Speed Losses at 25.133%. Recommendations for improvement include increasing the number of operators, implementing automation technology, regular intensive training, and an incentive system. Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies are also proposed to reduce downtime. A digital-based monitoring system is suggested to enhance machine performance and production efficiency.
