Metode penelitian ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data dan identifikasi komponen rantai pasok di UPH Banaran kemudian dilanjutkan pemeetaan dari rantai pasok tersebut dan dianalisis terkait masalah yang ada dengan indikator SCOR model dan pemberian usulan solusi kepada perusahaan. Hasilnya adalah berupa peta rantai pasok produk kopi sangrai dan kopi bubuk UPH Banaran serta komponen-komponen yang terlibat di dalamnya dan dihasilkan juga analisis permasalahan yang ada pada rantai pasok UPH Banaran yang dianalisis dengan indikator SCOR model sehingga diberikan usulan perbaikan yang paling visibel untuk diterapkan dalam manajemen rantai pasok di UPH Banaran yaitu peninjauan ulang pemasok, penambahan job atau staff pencatatan, dan pemeriksaan atau maintanance secara rutin. The coffee supply chain at UPH Banaran consists of the raw material supply from suppliers, coffee production process in the manufacturing facility, storage in warehouses, and distribution to customers. The purpose of this research is to understand the overview of the processes and issues within the entire supply chain involved in coffee production at UPH Banaran, and to identify and analyze the problems based on the SCOR model indicators in order to provide proposed improvements related to the existing supply chain management. The research method begins with data collection and identification of the supply chain components at UPH Banaran, followed by mapping the supply chain and analyzing the existing problems using the SCOR model indicators. Proposed solutions are then provided to the company. The results include a map of the coffee supply chain for roasted and powdered coffee products at UPH Banaran, including the components involved. An analysis of the problems within the UPH Banaran supply chain is also conducted using the SCOR model indicators, resulting in proposed improvements that are most visible to be implemented in the supply chain management at UPH Banaran, which include supplier review, addition of job positions or staff for record-keeping, and regular inspections or maintenance. Abstrak
Rantai pasok produk kopi pada UPH Banaran terdiri dari pasokan bahan baku dari pemasok, proses produksi kopi dalam manufaktur, penyimpanan dalam gudang serta distribusi kepada pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran proses dan masalah yang ada pada keseluruhan rantai pasok yang terlibat dalam produksi kopi di UPH Banaran dan mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis permasalahan berdasarkan indikator SCOR model sehingga dapat memberikan usulan perbaikan terkait manajemen rantai pasok yang ada.
