Abstrak

PT.
awal proses rantai pasok.
membuat kebijakan strategis pengambil keputusan.

Abstract

[Supply Chain Risk Mitigation Analysis in Production Materials Procurement Using House of Risk
Method (Case Study PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal] PT. ITCI Hutani Manunggal is a company operating in
the Industrial Plantation Forest sector. The company implements a sustainable production process, so that
every year the company's entire business process cycle is carried out. This research focuses on the material
procurement stage, which is the initial stage of the supply chain process. Often problems that occurred are
delayed goods by vendors and overstock in stores. The existence of company policy not to sell unused goods
in stores increases the probability of overstock risk. The aim of the research is to identify potential risks in
the material procurement process and design mitigation strategies to minimize risks. The results of the HOR
phase 1 found 2 risk agents which were prioritized for handling because they had the largest aggregate risk
potential (ARP) with values of 1134 and 936, and have cumulative contribution of 20% based on the Pareto
principle. The design of the risk mitigation strategies are refresher training for employees, preparing to
purchase goods based on purchase history for the previous period, adding reminder/notification features
for picking up goods ordered on the system, redesigning store management, creating strategic decisionmaking
policies.
