Abstrak
Pendidikan vokasi merupakan jenjang pendidikan profesi untuk mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang
memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya. SMK SMTI Yogyakarta merupakan lembaga pendidikan menengah
vokasi yang berfokus pada menghasilkan tenaga ahli yang ada di bawah Kementerian Perindutrian.
Dalam perancangan program kerjanya SMK SMTI Yogyakarta belum mempertimbangkan stakeholder
yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem pengukuran kinerja pada
SMK SMTI Yogyakarta berbasis Performance Prism. Metode Performance Prism merupakan
pengukuran yang terintegrasi, meliputi aspek perusahaan (stakeholder) yang menyangkut kepuasan
dan kontribusi stakeholder, strategi, proses dan kapabilitas. Selain itu digunakan metode pendukung
seperti Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui skala nilai prioritas setiap KPI, Scoring
System dengan metode Objectives Matrix (OMAX) dan Traffic Light System untuk mengetahui nilai
performansi dari setiap KPI yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja pada SMK SMTI
Yogyakarta terdapat 28 KPI yang dari 5 KPI Employee (Guru), 2 KPI Supplier (Sarana dan
Prasarana), 3 KPI Regulator (Kepala Sekolah), 6 KPI Communities (Humas), 5 KPI Customer
(Kesiswaan), 2 KPI Investor, dan 5 KPI Management (Tata Usaha). Hasil pengukuran kinerja pada
SMK SMTI Yogyakarta didapatkan bahwa 20 KPI kategori hijau, 5 KPI kategori kuning, dan 3 KPI
kategori merah. Nilai performansi yang didapat pada SMK SMTI Yogyakarta yaitu 7,388 dari skala 10.

Abstract
Vocational education is a level of professional education to prepare a workforce that has competence
in their fields. SMK SMTI Yogyakarta is a vocational secondary education institution that focuses on
producing experts under the Ministry of Industry. In designing its work program, SMK SMTI Yogyakarta
has not considered existing stakeholders. This research aims to develop a performance measurement
system at SMK SMTI Yogyakarta based on Performance Prism. The Performance Prism method is an
integrated measurement, covering aspects of the company (stakeholder) that concern stakeholder
satisfaction and contribution, strategy, process and capability. In addition, supporting methods such as
the Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) are used to determine the scale of priority values for each KPI,
the Scoring System with the Objectives Matrix (OMAX) method and the Traffic Light System to
determine the performance value of each existing KPI. Based on the results of performance
measurement at SMK SMTI Yogyakarta, there are 28 KPIs consisting of 5 Employee KPIs (Teachers),
2 Supplier KPIs (Facilities and Infrastructure), 3 Regulator KPIs (Principals), 6 Community KPIs
(Public Relations), 5 Customer KPIs (Students), 2 Investor KPIs, and 5 Management KPIs
(Administration). The results of performance measurement at SMK SMTI Yogyakarta were found that
20 KPIs were in the green category, 5 KPIs in the yellow category, and 3 KPIs in the red category. The
performance score obtained at SMK SMTI Yogyakarta was 7,388 out of a scale of 10.
