Berdasarkan perhitungan kapabilitas proses, didapatkan parameter Distilasi 90% dan Flash Point yang dinilai belum cukup kapabel dalam menyalurkan produk Biosolar sesuai spesifikasinya. Penyebabnya kemudian dianalisis menggunakan diagram fishbone dan failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), di antaranya kualitas produk yang diterima tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi, serta mobil tangki dan awak mobil tangki tidak melakukan pengecekan. Saran perbaikan yang dapat diberikan, yaitu memastikan produk yang dikirimkan sesuai dengan spesifikasi sebelum dilakukan pengiriman, memberikan sistem reward dan punishment, serta melakukan pelatihan untuk refreshment SOP dan meningkatkan skill. However, at several times of testing, there are parameters that are out of specification limits. Therefore, to improve quality and maintain product standards, an analysis will be carried out on the capability of the product distribution process, especially Biosolar, using the Statistical Process Control method. This study aims to identify the quality of Biosolar, identify the value of process capability, identify factors that cause problems, and provide suggestions for improvements to improve the capability of the Biosolar distribution process. Based on process capability calculations, were obtained Distillation 90% and Flash Point parameters which were considered not capable enough to distribute Biosolar products according to specifications. The causes were then analyzed using a fishbone diagram and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), including the quality of the products received did not meet the qualifications, and the tanker and tanker crew did not check the equipments. Suggestions for improvement that can be given are ensuring that the products delivered are in accordance with specifications prior to delivery, providing a reward and punishment system, as well as conducting training for SOP refreshment and improving skills.
