ABSTRAK

PT. Jawasurya Kencana Indah merupakan perusahaan manufaktur produksi kertas karton dan corrugated box di Semarang. Berdasarkan data perusahaan dan audit ISO 9001:2015 terdapat beberapa kasus kecelakaan kerja seperti tangan terjepit dan tersayat mesin serta adanya potensi kecelakaan seperti tersengat listrik dan jari terpotong. Pada saat pengamatan langsung di lapangan, ditemukan potensi bahaya lain seperti udara yang berdebu, substansi yang menganggu mobilitas, penggunaan mesin-mesin dengan mata pisau tajam dan alat jahit kawat lancip dengan kecepatan tinggi,serta postur tubuh yang kurang ergonomis. Selain itu, belum adanya audit rutin mengenai K3 pada perusahaan secara tidak langsung juga dapat memengaruhi terhadap potensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Sehingga dilakukan proses identifikasi bahaya dan menganalisis tingkat risiko serta memberikan usulan pengendalian sehingga dapat meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja kedepannya agar kenyamanan dan keamanan bekerja meningkat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dengan pendekatan Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control (HIRARC). Tools tersebut mengidentifikasi bahaya (hazard) dari setiap langkah pekerjaan sehingga dinilai lebih detail dan sistematis serta memudahkan peneliti dalam penyusunan potensi risiko. Hasil penelitian pada proses stitching 21 variabel risiko dengan mayoritas tingkat medium, proses slittering 19 variabel risiko dengan mayoritas tingkat high, proses glue manual sebanyak 16 risiko dengan mayoritas tingkat high. Selanjutnya diberikan 10 buah rekomendasi pengendalian risiko menggunakan analisis hierarcy control menurut OHSAS 18001:2007 yang terdiri dari eliminasi, subtitusi, kontrol teknik, kontrol administrasi, dan penggunaan APD.

PT. Jawasurya Kencana Indah is a paperboard and corrugated box manufacturing company in Semarang. Based on company data and the ISO 9001:2015 audit, there are several cases of work accidents such as hands being pinched and cut by machines as well as potential accidents such as electric shocks and cut fingers. During direct observations in the field, other potential dangers were found, such as dusty air, substances that interfere with mobility, the use of machines with sharp blades and sharp wire sewing tools at high speed, and less ergonomic body posture. Apart from that, the absence of routine audits regarding K3 in companies can also indirectly influence the potential for work accidents. So that the process of identifying hazards and analyzing the level of risk is carried out and providing control suggestions so that work accidents can be minimized in the future so that work comfort and safety increases. The method used is Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control (HIRARC) approach. This tool identifies the dangers of each work step so that it is assessed in more detail and systematically and makes it easier for researchers to prepare potential risks. The research results on the stitching process had 21 risk variables with the majority being medium level, the slittering process had 19 risk variables with the majority being high level, the manual glue process had 16 risks with the majority being high level. Next, 10 risk control recommendations are given using hierarchy control analysis according to OHSAS 18001:2007, consisting of elimination, substitution, technical control, administrative control and use of PPE.
