Batching Plant Cluster Jakarta 1 memiliki risiko yang cukup besar dibandingkan dengan kegiatan kerja pada bidang lain, maka dari itu perlu adanya tindakan pengenalian risiko. Berdasarkan data perusahaan pada area Batching Plant Cluster Jakarta 1 terdapat beberapa kali kecelakaan kerja mulai dari kecelakaan kerja tingkat ringan sampai berat. Kurangnya kesadaran dalam mengimplementasikan K3 yang menyeluruh menimbulkan berbagai bahaya yang dapat membahayakan pekerja dalam melakukan aktivitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dn menganalisis risiko dari aktivitas kerja yang dilakukan pada lima area utama pada Batching Plant Cluster Jakarta 1 menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment and Determining Control (HIRADC). Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan metode tersebut didapatkan bahwa terdapat 9 risiko pada area mixer batching plant, 12 pada area laboratorium, 9 risiko pada area perbaikan dan maintenance, 13 pada area kantor dan pendukung, 18 risiko pada area pengoperasian truck mixer dan alat berat Kata Kunci: beban kerja mental, lingkungan kerja, NASA-TLX Abstract [Comparative analysis of the mental workload of management and pump house project workers using the NASATLX method and suggestions for improvement(case study of PT Waskita Concrete Precast pump house project, Tbk)] PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk is a company engaged in manufacturing. Batching Plant Cluster Jakarta 1 has quite large risks compared to work activities in other fields, therefore risk recognition measures are needed. Based on company data in the Jakarta Batching Plant Cluster 1 area, there were several work accidents ranging from light to serious work accidents. Lack of awareness in implementing comprehensive K3 creates various dangers that can endanger workers in carrying out work activities. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze risks from work activities carried out in five main areas at Batching Plant Cluster Jakarta 1 using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) method. Based on data processing using this method, it was found that there were 9 risks in the batching plant mixer area, 12 in the laboratory area, 9 risks in the repair and maintenance area, 13 in the office and support area, 18 risks in the truck mixer and heavy equipment operation area.
