ANALISIS POSTUR TUBUH SIKAP KERJA BAGIAN PACKAGING DENGAN METODE REBA UNTUK MENGATASI MASALAH MUSKOLOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDs)

PT. CPB Fish Feed Mill merupakan perusahaan penghasil pakan ikan di daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Dalam proses produksi, khususnya bagian packaging saat aktivitas pengisian pakan ikan ke karung, masih dilakukan dengan bantuan manusia sehingga tidak luput dari terjadinya postur janggal yang dapat mengakibatkan gangguan Musculoskeletal Disorder’s. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM). Diketahui keluhan yang dialami pekerja terdapat pada bagian leher, bahu, punggung, pinggang, pinggul, pantat, lengan bawah, pergelangan tangan kanan, paha, betis, dan pergelangan kaki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor REBA akhir untuk 3 pekerja termasuk dalam postur berisiko sedang dan tinggi. Skor tertinggi didapatkan untuk bagian tubuh leher, punggung, dan kaki. Usulan rekomendasi perbaikan postur kerja yang terpilih adalah pekerjaan dilakukan dengan posisi berdiri dan adanya penggunaan meja kerja yang didesain sesuai dengan dimensi antropometri. Melalui penilaian REBA, usulan rekomendasi yang terpilih termasuk dalam kategori postur berisiko rendah dengan skor REBA adalah 2.

Abstract

[ANALYSIS OF BODY POSTURE IN THE PACKAGING SECTION USING REBA METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF MUSCOLOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDs) PROBLEMS] PT CPB Fish Feed Mill is a fish feed production company located in South Lampung Regency. In the production process, especially in the packaging section during the activity of filling fish feed into bags, it is still done with human assistance so that it is not spared the occurrence of awkward postures that can result in musculoskeletal disorders. The research was carried out using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. It is known that the complaints experienced by workers are in the neck, shoulders, back, waist, hips, buttocks, forearms, right wrist, thighs, calves and ankles. The results showed that the final REBA scores for 3 workers were in moderate and high risk postures. The highest scores were obtained for the neck, back, and legs. The proposed recommendations to improve the selected work posture are to work in a standing position and to use a work table designed according to anthropometric dimensions. According to the REBA assessment, the proposed recommendations fall into the low-risk posture category with a REBA score of 2.
