PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENGUKURAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN SCOR PADA PT. XYZ

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif. Dalam proses bisnisnya perusahaan ini menghadapi masalah pada rantai pasok perusahaan. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi pada bagian hilir dan hulu perusahaan yaitu pada proses pengadaan bahan baku masih terjadi keterlambatan hingga masih terjadi keterlambatan delivery produk ke customer. Selain itu, perusahaan juga belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok sekaligus mengukur kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan pendekatan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 12.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 16 indikator kinerja yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur kinerja rantai pasok dengan nilai kinerja rantai pasok sebesar 85.4 yang termasuk kategori Good. Setelah dilakukan pemetaan kinerja indikator dengan menggunakan diagram Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diketahui bahwa terdapat 2 indikator yang termasuk dalam kuadran A dan menjadi prioritas perbaikan antara lain % Orders Received On-Time to Demand Requirement dan Schedule Achievement. Maka dari itu diberikan strategi rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja antara lain Coordination and Communication, dan Monitoring and Evaluation, serta Information Management untuk indikator % Orders Received On-Time to Demand Requirment dan strategi Coordination and Communication, Scheduling for Condition Monitoring dan Human Resource Training untuk indikator Schedule Achievement.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector. In its business process, this company faces problems in the company's supply chain. This problem occurs in the downstream and upstream parts of the company, namely in the raw material procurement process which is still experiencing delays so that there are still delays in product delivery to customers. In addition, the company also does not have a company supply chain performance measurement system. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to design a supply chain performance measurement system while measuring the company's supply chain performance. The method used in this study is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 12.0 approach. The results of this study obtained 16 performance indicators that can be used as a supply chain performance measurement tool with a supply chain performance value of 85.4 which is included in the Good category. After mapping the performance indicators using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram, it is known that there are 2 indicators that are included in quadrant A and become priority improvements, including % Orders Received On-Time to Demand Requirements and Schedule Achievement. Therefore recommendations for improvement strategies are given to improve performance, including Coordination and Communication, and Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Information Management for the % Orders Received On-Time to Demand Requirement indicator and Coordination and Communication strategies, Scheduling for Condition Monitoring and Human Resource Training for Schedule Achievement indicator.
