Teknik Industri telah memiliki sistem informasi berupa website dan portofolio yang memungkinkan penilaian CPL (Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan) dan CPMK (Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah) namun penilaian pada sistem yang sudah ada belum sesuai dengan sistem pendidikan OBE yang seharusnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat suatu usulan perancangan sistem informasi penilaian CPL berbasis OBE yang sesuai dengan ketentuan assessment. Pengembangan yang akan diterapkan merupakan hasil identifikasi atas sistem informasi yang sudah ada dan hasil dari diskusi terhadap Ketua Program Studi Teknik Industri serta mengacu pada buku pedoman manual OBE. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi portofolio yang dapat melakukan penilaian CPL dengan menggunakan direct method dan indirect method serta mengacu pada indikator kinerja dan rubrik penilaian. . Kata Kunci: Assessment, Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan, Dashboard, Outcome-Based Education, Rubrik Penilaian Abstract Outcome-based education or OBE is a learning method by focusing and managing everything in the education system that is centered on what is important for students to learn and understand at the end of their studies. The Industrial Engineering Study Program at Diponegoro University has implemented the OBE education system and was visited by the IABEE assessor team in 2018. Based on the results of the evaluation of the ongoing learning system, UNDIP Industrial Engineering has been accredited with international standards, but the application of the OBE system itself still needs improvement to meet the criteria which exists. Industrial Engineering already has an information system in the form of a website and portfolio that allows for the assessment of CPL (Graduate Learning Outcomes) and CPMK (Course Learning Outcomes) but the assessment system is not in accordance with the proper OBE education system. This research was conducted to make a proposal to design an OBE-based CPL assessment information system that complies with the assessment provisions. The development that will be implemented is the result of identification of the existing information system and the results of interviews with the Head of the Industrial Engineering Study Program and refers to the OBE manual. The results of this study are an Excel portfolio dashboard that is in accordance with the OBE assessment, which later contains detailed CPL elaborations on performance indicators, including direct assessments from lecturers and indirect methods from students as well as scoring rubrics for all subjects in each class. Especially for the scope of the final assessment at the study program level, an integration dashboard will be created that will convert the CPMK value to CPL.
