Berikutnya perlu mengalikan antara bobot Indikator terhadap bobot sub Indikator untuk memperoleh bobot global. Berdasarkan hasil bobot global didapatkan dari perhitungan AHP. Selanjutnya untuk penilaian menggunakan rating scale sehingga bobot global dan nilai dijadikan tolak ukur dalam pemberian rekomendasi form penilaian 3,415 dengan nilai C yang dapat diartikan bahwa kinerja karyawan divisi produksi tersebut tergolong standar.
