Saran perbaikanidianalisis menggunakan fishbone diagram. In particular, there are still many deficiencies in the assembly process of the production department. Based on the calculation of the average DPMO value (defects per million opportunities) and the average sigma value in October - December 2020, respectively, 17923.14 and 3.5987. Its production process capability index (Cpk) is 0.69936. The purpose of this research is to reduce the number of defects in the shoe production assembly department of PT Pratama Abadi Industri by using Six sigma through the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) stages.
